Direct Mail Campaign
In September 2018, BDI, a structural engineering company, turned 15. To celebrate they wanted to send out a direct mail campaign to their loyal customers, to thank them for their support over the years. We wanted this to be personal and for the recipients to share it on social media.
People always appreciate food, so we decided cake was the answer. Cake can be shared in an office, it would be easy for people to photograph and share on social media. We sent a box of brownies to each office along with a card that contained a hashtag for their Tweets, Instagram and Facebook posts. This had a huge amount of interaction, with many people posting pictures of themselves and colleagues enjoying the brownies. It was a great way to show BDI’s appreciation for their loyal customers while ensuring they were being talked about on social platforms.
